14 April 2020 - Australia Post Update

Australia Post regrets to inform customers that due to reductions in air freight capacity, there may be delays on the letters and parcels network that Australia Post operates around the country, particularly to regional and rural communities.

Delays will mean:

  • The delivery time for Perth and Brisbane may increase by up to five days
  • The delivery time for North Queensland may increase by up to seven days
  • The delivery times for Tasmania may increase by three days
  • That Next Day Express Post Services into regional and rural communities may not be able to be maintained

Australia Post is exploring all available transport alternatives and options, and working with the Australian Government, to minimise resulting impacts for customers.


Cheeky Postage

ALL orders will automatically be shipped Express with Australia Post to better enable your order arriving sooner.

All purchases will be parcelled in boxes and sent at Australia Post parcel rates.

Once your purchase is lovingly packaged and posted, a unique Australia Post tracking number will be attached to your order and sent directly to the email address you entered at time of ordering.

Please allow a minimum of 5-7 business days for your order to be packaged and dispatched from Cheeky HQ and then a minimum of 3 business days* for it to arrive. Dispatch is from Cheeky HQ in Adelaide, South Australia.

Express shipping rates can be purchased at checkout but please be aware this only makes the postage express and does not fast track your order to the top of the orders list.

Combined orders and shipping can be done by emailing us your order numbers. We will manually refund any extra cost you have incurred from this within 48 hours of purchase. 

Please be aware that combined orders need to be alerted to us within 24 hours or they might miss out on the combined offer.
